Overview

In Feburary of 2026, the "40Acres Mikufest! 2nd LIVE" premiered at the B. Iden Payne Theatre in collaboration with the Department of Arts & Entertainment Technologies and the Texas Performing Arts. The “40Acres MikuFest!” is occurring as an annual event in which I am continuing to be a part of. As the Producer for the "40Acres MikuFest!" during the 2026 season, I spearheaded the end-to-end production of a large-scale multimedia concert. I recruited and managed specialized teams across 2D/3D animation, motion capture, set design, and lighting, while personally overseeing talent acquisition, role delegation, and project deadlines. To elevate the production's technical capabilities, I liaised a partnership with the Department of Arts & Entertainment Technologies, securing access to the Lab for Immersive Media (the LIM), an interactive research and entertainment space at the University of Texas at Austin, for motion capture, as well as facilitating our 2026 venue at the B. Iden Payne Theatre through Texas Performing Arts. Beyond executive leadership, I maintained a hands-on technical role where I utilized my expertise as a Tech Coordinator, VFX Artist, Motion Capture Advisor, Data Wrangler, Digital Imaging Technician (DIT), and Animation Cleanup. I used Derivative TouchDesigner and Resolume Arena to develop the real-time visuals, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro for video editing, and Captury, Maya, Blender, and Unreal Engine for the 3D animations.
